My Journey

Hi I’m Nathan, the Owner and Crane Operator of ACTA Crane Hire. I have over 20 years’ experience of Crane Operating and started working in the industry as an apprentice when I was 16 years old.

I worked for two experienced and knowledgeable brothers who owned their own transport and crane company. They taught me many skills within various roles, one being how to operate and manage a crane. They supported me through a young driver scheme course where I successfully obtained my HGV license, and over the years I have continued on to complete further training and examinations. I have gained a wide range of experience and expertise, and hold qualifications as a;

After years of employment with crane and transport companies, I made the decision to start my own business and purchased my first lorry with a large crane.

This is today known as ACTA Crane Hire.
